Having trouble signing in to the portal?

Your login credentials

You should have received your login details from us that will allow you to login to your account for the first time. If you did not receive your login details, please let us know and we can send them to you.

If you have already received your login credentials for the portal but they are not working, please let us know and we can reset them for you.

Forgotten password

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by visiting the forgot password page. You will need to have access to the email address associated with your account though.

If you no longer have access to your account, the best thing to do is call the office on 01908 533023 for further instructions.

Too many login attempts

If you enter the incorrect login details too many times, the portal will lock you out for a minute. This is for extra security. If you have forgotten your password, you can visit the forgot password page for instructions to reset your password. You will need to have access to the email address associated with your account.
